1. What is your payment policy?
ACL requires a 50% deposit at the time of reservation with the balance due 7 days before arrival. If arriving within 30 days, payment is due in full at the time of booking. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Diners, cash and electronic bank deposits.
Bookings are confirmed following receipt of the rental payment. Accommodation is paid for monthly in advance billed by calendar month.
2. What if I need to cancel my booking?
ACL will refund any prepaid amounts (less a $150 administration fee) if the property can be re-booked for the dates of you booking. If an alternative booking cannot be found, cancellation fees are as the following schedule:
Cancellation:
Over 21 days before arrival date - full refund (less $150 administration fee)
0-21 days before arrival date, 50% refund
3. I know which apartment I want, how do I book it?
You can complete your reservation one of two ways: on-line or over the phone. If you are completing the reservation online, you will be guided through the process after you click the 'Request Availability' button for the apartment you are interested in.
Once we have your booking reservation we will email you confirmation of your booking and any information you may require.
